Welcome to the Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories Vehicles Database by Kippers and TenaciousD.Below are is statistics on the vehicles in the newest instalment in the GTA series including old favourites such as the Banshee and new vehicles such as the Jet ski which is making its debut in the Grand Theft Auto universe. Each vehicle is rated out of 10 for 4 different aspects, durability (how long it lasts before exploding), speed (that's obvious), handling (how well the vehicle handles) and looks (how sexy the car looks). Each is rated compared to other vehicles in the same category. All the vehicles are divided into groups each with a symbol. Quick Navigation:Enough with the introduction, that's not why you're in this topic, your here for the vehicles. All the members who have been looking at the Database since its release will notice that we have re-done the images, all are now images taken from Vice City Stories excpet the odd one but they are on there way in the near-future. Much thanks to Ybakker for taking the time to get all the images for us, we really appriciate it. Also please note that both TenaciousD. and Kippers are both in England, the game is not even out at the time of the databases release. All information and screenshots are taken from either the forum, the official Rockstar website or GTAPSP. One final notice, if you have any images, can verify anything that we are unsure about in or can help with unrated vehicles the database it would be greatly appreciated. Please PM the VCS Database account, Thanks again! So without further ado. Here are the vehicles.. This post has been edited by VCS Database on Saturday, Nov 25 2006, 16:47

Whaoh, what a section. The cars as a whole pretty average with one or two excelling in certain fields. The Sandking is the best car out of the lot getting marks of 8 or above. This is probably due to the Sandking being a specially made car, designed for sand meaning it has to be quick. The Perennial on the other hand was the complete opposite in every meaning of the term. It looks like a vomited pieces of fesses (The fact that it always turns up in brown does not help its reputation) As for the sports cars they look as stylish and flash as per usual. The top two sports car are the Banshee and cheetah with the same mark in durability and handling, but in speed and looks the Banshee with 9 in looks and the Cheetah8 in speed. But for us the Banshee comes out on top because in Vice, looks are everything. | Sports Cars Durability - 7/10 Speed - 8/10 Handling - 8/10 Looks - 9/10 |

| Worst section of the entire database. On average the vehicles were below average. The Romeros Herse was a dead certainty to be below average. The Sucuricar had a high durability due to its main purpose of transporting money too and from banks. But over all they looked bland and uninteresting, inheriting the same van shape with no variation. | Emergency vehicles Durability - 5/10 Speed - 6/10 Handling - 9 /10 Looks - 6/10

| There are several new changes to Emergency Vehicles including the SWAT Van being introduced and the arrival of the Police Maveric to PSP, it is an exciting new aspect to the PSP series which should add to the gameplay. Back on the ground the Police Cheetah seperated from the pack and quickly caught the big ratings due to its durability and more importantly, speed. | This post has been edited by VCS Database on Thursday, Nov 16 2006, 17:14

The Hunter came miles above the other government vehicles not only because it is a helicopter but because it looks awesome in the sky and one tough motherf*cker to beat. You'd think that the Rhino would come top of these section easily with it's awesome ownage power, but, alas, it does not. It is slow and turning can take forever. the Barracks OL comes bottom in our opinion because as it is a long vehicle turning can take up a lot of space and becomes a disadvantage in chases. although it is strong and can knock vehicles out of its path. | This post has been edited by VCS Database on Tuesday, Nov 14 2006, 17:22

Overall the PCJ came out top of the group by leaving all the other bikes at the starting line. This was largely to it's superior looks and break neck speeds. The Sanchez and Freeway didn't quite make the grade by not really excelling in any of the areas. The Freeway did have a slight advantage though as it felt more secure and stable whereas the Sanchez is more durable. The Faggio and Pizza Boy failed to impress in it's speed as they tended to struggle up steep roads and they just didn't match up to the other bikes in the group. The Pizza had an upper hand with it's look due to the red and yellow bodywork, making it stand out. | Note:- The BMX also can have a basket, this varies from bike to bike Durability - 5/10 Speed - 6/10 Handling - 6/10 Looks - 5/10 |

| Water Transport Comments: | |
| Rockstar have polished up all the boats for this outing and we couldn't be more excited about it, the Speeder has lived up to its have and sped ahead of the others in this group making it the boat of choice for a heist in Venice or for any adrenaline junkie or a person with a love of water. The dingy is worse then a wet day in Southwald, it is the equivalent of the poor kid with the always moist sleeve and different colour socks. The jetski, the newest addiction to the GTA water family is looking to become the daddy of the waters. After all, the best way to see Vice City is from the water. | This post has been edited by VCS Database on Saturday, Nov 25 2006, 16:56

| The highest rating for the helis and planes was the plane. It came top in every mark except durability because in GTA, the planes tend to blow up on first contact with a building.. Worst were the RC plane and helicopter. Fast speeds and always impossible to control have these at the bottom of our favourites list. | This post has been edited by VCS Database on Thursday, Nov 16 2006, 18:19

| What a mix of vehicles. Everything from small time quad bikes to large Trashmasters Can't really compare these vehicles because they are so different from each other. But at the end of the day these weird vehicles do make the game feel realistic, from trashmasters on the streets to luggage handlers roaming the airport runways.Without them Vice City would be boring and dead. | This post has been edited by VCS Database on Thursday, Nov 16 2006, 18:50
