If you get a star then enter the cheat, it clears your wanted level however if you kill someone again you will get more stars. If you enter the cheat while not being wanted, you will be never wanted. It was actually mentioned earlier in the thread.

yeah, true I did that for LCS and after 2 days it drove me crazy cause i accidentally saved my game and I was so annoyed that I had to start all over again to disable it, LoL

It unlocks all the multiplayer content of the game !
Things like the playable characters for example, but if you`re not playing the VCS multiplayer mode this cheat is pretty much pointless...
