Is the original creator of this mod still around? I wanted to talk to him about possibly editing/expanding on this mod, with his permission of course.

I has the mod before and edited it and fixed a lot of bugs. i added different features to it like if you were dealing people could steal your drugs from you during a drug deal, or cops busting you like a drug set up. I also had set drug dealers where you can get the drugs at and so on. I eliminate the character choosing feature cuz i thought it was too fake and added more realistic features. I wanted to release it but had no response back from the originator of the mod for permission. I am now trying to create my own cleo mod of the dope wars for fun because i like San andreas and I'm also working on adding the empire feature from VCS. Any help would be appreciated...thanks.

The author is pretty much unavailable or unresponsive I myself wouldn't mind having this for the xbox I wonder if you can swap the files after by e-mail because I'm pretty sure you can modify a file by another author you just can't release it, if so I have a copy of the mod if someone needed; maybe all of the activity will drive the author back out
