Just a quick update... I've updated the first topic with new hosting, layout, info etc. Meanwhile, I've been working on a F.A.Q. (Frequently Asked Questions) for VC-MP. As I believe it's needed in this stage we're in.
Please be patient. School is taking a lot of my time, so I'm doing my best.

I had the same problem you had with VC:MP, and I solved it. What you need to do is replace your gta-vc.exe in the folder with this one(I donwloaded it from another forum).
HERE IS THE FILE ( DON"T FORGET to copy your original program file then replace it incase if you need to backup)

Alternatively you could use the fixed edition: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=262910 It contains all the needed files to run VC-MP correctly. It also includes the documentation, Rcon(s) and other important stuff needed.
