It says we'll be able to explore surrounding areas of Vice City, so we'll see some new locations.

There are a couple points where they mention that the city is bigger, and there is more area to explore. They also said the golf course is there. They even say that there will be over a hundred 80's songs on the radio.

Why does make us wait any longer? I can't take it anymore.
