In the final mission the best way to kill smoke is to set him on fire using Molotov cocktail or a flamethrower.He will keep running after he is on fire making it easier to kill him . Make sure to do the fire fighting missions to become fireproof .

I know something far more easy than your way. Get a minigun and shoot him the health would go down rapidly, a set of 40 bullets would do good.

High Noon

1. Make sure you have the minigun with at least 1000 of ammunition.
2. Select the minigun before you enter in the mission. Then enter in the mission.
3. After the cutscenes, wait Pulaski get into the car, then shoot his car with a minigun 'till it flips
4. The car will be in flames.Then Pulaski will pull of the car. Just shoot him (with the minigun) 'till he dies.

Nothing easier.

So, to pretty much summarise every mission that involves firearms or killing one another, everything is always easier with a minigun!

Well, I can't disagree. And to make it even better. There's two minigun spawn points right at the start of the game. Both are in Las Venturas sadly, so you will get 4 stars, but it's not that hard.

Also, you CAN'T KILL BIG SMOKE WITH A ROCKET LAUNCHER!? Why? He just floats all over his room, but not dealing any damage . Silly R*.

Wrong! The mini-gun is 'cute' like the sawn off shotgun, it's cool to hear, etc.
But the RPG or Heat Seeking missile launcher is more effective.
Even the molotov Cocktail has is more useful.
The mini-gun requires you to see the enemy and a LOT of ammo.
The RPG, HS, and MC all have blast radius. You can kill foes on the other side of walls/hedges, floors, and decks and you kill more than one at a time, which is Quite useful during the Turf wars.
The mini-gun usefulness is limited, such as The "Stowaway" mission if you can't operate the Motorcycle and "High Noon" to cripple Polaski's car.
It's terrible in the "up, up, and away", the Heat Seeker is much more effective.

It depends Weasel, really. If somebody shoots at you from a close distance, firing a rocket will kill the opponent but will also take from your own health or armor. A single Minigun bullet kills any pedestrian. Plus, the Rocket Launcher is not as exact as a Minigun, yes it takes down more pedestrians, but it also takes a while to load another rocket.

If the foes are that close you use the Desert Eagle (OS-OK) or Molotov C.

Using molotov in close combat can burn you too it is really better if you use minigun...

You make CJ fireproof, First. You can pretty much the whole game with DE & MC (except of course when the game forces weapons on CJ.)

it is one of the interesting mission that i found in GTA SA all that we need is a good flying skill to acccomplish the mission

the easiest way to waste rider by blasting the boats with the help of a rocket launcher

A Tip for end of the line

If you are not fireproof, then just jump over the fire, you will not be caught in the flames! This saves a lot of time from actually extinguishing the flames.


Also in Pier 69

Just snipe ryder twice from the pier and your'e done. You dont have to get back up on shore

1. Shoot out the tyres of the Pimpmobile. OR
2. Shoot the Pimpmobile until it smokes. OR
3. Blow up the Pimpmobile to force Jizzy onto a motorscooter. OR
4. Block the Pimpmobile by parking a vehicle across the front of it.

Bike skill DOES NOT improve anything. It only deceases the chance to get thrown off a motorcycle.

Actually the bike becomes more responsive so it does make it easier.

Driving skill, bike skill doesn't improve anything(besides falling from bike), MrMateczko is right. BTW speaking of Stowaway it's useful to use minigun there. Destroy Andromada, and just drive there without worrying about Andromada flying off.
