I felt sorry for all of you foolish upgraders so I decided to make a save to help all of you out

It's a 100% save with perfect stats, unlimited ammo, smoke grenades, All cars in the garages are bullet proof/fire proof/explosion proof/dasmage proof, so you can drive around without blowing up.

and when you open your staunton garage a hunter will spawn outside of it to easily get inside to fly

you know.... sinse they made that demo game for 2.7....can someone make a old gta style game but with millions of cheats. im fortunate cause i didnt upgrade but it would be cool for the others who did.

if all you get from 2.7 is flash playback then its pointless. a flash player will be available soon (unless psphacks.net gave up on 2.0+ support) and if its just for movies then you may as well just get a flash converter.

if anyone knows of one please post a link or pm me with it.

Seconded. If someone told me how, I'd make it myself, in slot 6, 'cos even though I have NO intentions of upgrading, I want that savefile for some reason (and eLoader takes up slot 5).

Actually, I've just thought about it and someone else could do this save... if anyone's stupid enough to upgrade they're probably not too bothered about the cheats that us 'non-upgraders' can use. I could post a 100% UK save... but that's not that special. You can find it on the internet somewhere.

Yer daft. I upgraded because I love flash media and I wanted to use youtube, but when I got there, it was too old. There are a few people hate their mistake (such as myself), and really can't wait till someone gets a cheat for 2.7... like this one, and we can downgrade (if it's possible).

EDIT: Perfect stats means the top scores for kills wasted times, etc. You can find it in the second menu on the pause screen.
