Hello!

I play GTA: Advance through a ROM, because I broke my Gameboy. Otherwise, I would have the game and be playing it. I fetched the ROM off an older computer today, and just started playing again. I've just finished the mission, "Fake IDs", and I thought up a question:

Where do you meet Vinnie after the "Fake IDs" mission?

Pretty easy, I know, but it's still a question.

You should have been more specific with the question. It should have been something like:

Where do you meet Vinnie after 'change of plan'?

Well actually, I don't really count Callahan Point as correct either. You are supposed to go to Chinatown to meet Vinnie, but he tells you to go to Callahan Point. When you get to Callahan Point, his car explodes. You never actually "meet" Vinnie on this mission. I guess I gave a bit of a trick question.
