well, I found mission select for the taxi.
there's a problem though. after you do one mission the taxi becomes incapable of launching any sort of mission.

I don't know what the problem is and don't think I'll look into it much. but for anyone interested the byte for the taxi mission is at:

0x9f899aa

I don't play LCS anymore, but figured I'd do this since I pretty much knew where it was since I did it for VCS. and some people may like it.

plus, it was one of the last things looked for for LCS, but it was never found. Now that it's been found LCS cheat making has closure.
