GTAMP.com Group: Members Joined: Jan 28, 2003	Once you enable the GTA2 debug tab (either with registry key or GTA2 power manager). You tick "Show Instruments" and then in game you get some text that says health/damage %, gear and speed. It's not in KPH or MPH though. There's no analog dials or anything like what you can get for GTA3.
