Go to your tank, then go to a big place (like Verdant Meadows), hold L2 & R2 to look behind, then press CIRCLE repeatedly to shoot missile and hold the LEFT ANALOG STICK left or right to try to flip your tank upside down. When it falls upside down, keep shooting by pressing CIRCLE and it should spin really fast, bounces everywhere, the game will say "Now Loading" a lot, it will sometime go at incredible speed and really really high, you will sometime warp to different areas.. Nibblets glitch (mission glitch): Do the mission where you steal the jetpack from area 69 and KILL the truth before you complete the mission, you dont fail but i suggest you save it before you do this mission, you have to restart the ps2/pc/xbox. CJ talks to the truth, although nothing is there. Well that's the list although there are some other topics with a couple of glitches I only found other locked glitch topics so I think this is gonna get locked in.... 5 minutes - Slurp Slurp, Hmmm... find/ buy another gta sanandreas game or get ur cd fixed.
