Since I don't have much to do I thought how about go testing some stuff people say around here any myth suggestions will be fin except for stuff like: OMG LOOK FOR BIGFOOT IN A UFO IN A PLACE CALLED THE DEATH PLANET WHICH IS BEHIND ALL ISLANDS AND CAN ONLY BE DISCOVERED WHEN YOU WERE A JETPACK AND DRIVING A CAR AT THE SAME TIME WITH A SECRET GUN CALLED THE ULTRA GUN!!!

Ok, maybe that was a little bit a to big example anyway no stuff like that k?

Here's some myth's I would like to test:

Can a hunter chop your head off in 2 player mode (first tests on 1 player mode)?

Does the car impound actually works and how good does it and when (PS2, PC version)?

I'm still searching for someone with a x-box version who can test something.

P.S. if this topic turns out to be pretty good I'll make it somethung more official.

Player just dies instantly coming in contact with heli blades in 2-player mode, no zombie walking headless stuff...

The impounds are completely unreliable and seemingly random.

Some of these topics have been made, but I know that the chopper blades don't chop in 2 player mode, not 1 player mode. The impound garage is also quite random.

I'm not sure if this thread is going to go very far since most of the myths surrounding the game have been busted so many times that when we walk on them they no longer make crunching sounds under our feet. What was it you wanted tested on the Xbox copy?

The only time the impounds only work with dodos for me . Thats all i ever find there .

Well the impound garage rather works for me though maybe theres like a special way to import cars or something.... Like you need to take it that couple of feet away from the police impound.- Slurp Slurp, Hmmm... Sprunk!

On Topic, i have never tried but what would happen if one playre went on a rampage and the other didn't do a thing? would they both be hunted by the police? pretty dumb i know but it is dumb if they try to arrest both.

If I remember, either player can be busted when the other has a wanted star.

EDIT: I got one: There is a shark texture on the DVD, but I've never seen one in the game. Anyone want to get a screenshot- CJ swimming with a shark? I'm thinking the shark texture is just leftover from VC, and not used in SA.

No i would have seen one by now seing that im in the water/boating alot .

Sharks doesn't exist in the waters of San Andreas. There are a LOT of Vice City and GTA3 remnants. In the american.gxt, there are some stats that are from Vice City, like drug deals made (Cherry Poppers). People who found that line thought CJ could deal drugs, but no.

The impound place seems like it's just a coincidence if your car turns up there. Because I've found like 2 Random Duplicate cars parked right beside each other in there.

Sorry I'm so skeptical, I always believe people actually are seeing dolphins. That's why I'm still holding out for a screenshot, of CJ and a shark.

I would like to see those sharks too. I have heard people say that they have come across sharks in GTA:SA but haven't given any proof of it ever existing. I only find dolphins swimming around SA.- FiJiAn 4 LiFe
