I was thinking along the lines of Modding for dummies?, Writing an easy to understand guide on how to start modding:

1, Introduction to modding.

2, How to mod, and find the best modding tools.

3, The Modders Code; The right way and wrong way to go about modding.

4, Why is it best to backup your files before you start modding.

This isn't ready yet, I'm tired down with the mod I'm working on, but maybe add this to the wiki site?

@Seti: I don't really like that wiki, and I can't edit it I know to add a new name to the end of the link etc, but bleh.

I'm working on a joomla gta modding site right now that will be geared toward knowledge and modding, as well as bringing more people into the scene, rather than being a secondary thing like most sites.

It won't have a forum or anything, I hope it to be good enough to become affiliated, but there are hopes to have an invite/application only community section

Working on a revolutionary guide as well, chock full of not only knowledge, but also technique, just can't finish it because this PC sucks and I'm going through really rough times right now. When it and the site's done, there will be no excuse for us not to promote the gta modding scene and gtaf, trust me

i need that im a bloody retart and dont know where to save my mods into i have gta 3 and vice city if u can help with either much appreciated
