in my 1st attempt I got "freeway" and in the 2st attempt I got "NRG500"

are there a way, to somehow "decrease" it so I got "FCR900" ?
without CHEAT I mean

Once you've got the gold in all tests, you can find all three bikes there, just not at the same time.

If you go there and it's a freeway and and NRG-500 just leave, drive a few blocks away, then come back, if that didn't do it then just repeat. For some reason all three bikes don't spawn at the same time.

unfortunately your solution never works here, I've tried it but it always be the "freeways" and "NRG"

that's why I thought if I receive GOLD only, then there would be ONLY "NRG" spawned there.........

Try comming from another way. If you come from the desert i think the FCR will spawn.

hmmm, didn't work, in fact I've NEVER saw FCR900 ever spawned there

you could like me add FCR900 to different groups in cargrp file and increase their spawn FRQ (frequency) where they would just be driving around everywhere.
As far as that goes I have monster trucks, and Phoenix's, FCR's, NRG's, and Hotknife's driving around all over.

Isnt there a way to replace spawn car locations with a vehicle you want to see spawn there?

Yes that can be done by coding in the main.scm file.

It is quite complicated for beginers. But can be learnt quite easily.

And it also requires starting a new game. Any editing of the main.scm requires starting a new game.

Oh, well how do you edit the cargrp file, mentioned above, to increase the frequency of some vehicles driving about?

It's bloody impossible to get gold on some tests with a keyboard & mouse. I'd like to give a bit FVCK YOU to Rockstar and have those award vehicles in my game.

Just blowup the Freeway and NRG500, then come back so the bikes respawn and hopefully a FCR900 spawned there that time instead.

And getting Gold isn't that hard with Keyboard + Mouse, I didn't have any trouble (I had remaped keys though).

I've found that if I come into bike school driving off the freeway, it's the FCR there. Of course, I hate that bike, so I usually drive it into the desert, turn it around and drive back. Usually the Freeway or the NRG are there by then.

all you need to do is like find a bf or a PCJ, and a FCR will spawn there. always works for me. TMS

If you're looking for an FCR, there's also one parked near Emerals Isle, next to some store. I believe it's always there.
