About the VC beeing about the same size as LC, I think R* just made the streets wider, also very little hills in Vice, not much curvy, hard to get somewhere roads. Conclusion: R* went a bit lazy with Vice .

| QUOTE (Craig Kostelecky @ Dec 22 2004, 12:05) | Hopefully we can get this finalized and released to the public before the next college semester starts. | Could you be more specific, for the non-US, non-Student Readers

Could you be more specific, for the non-US, non-Student Readers | Actually that shouldn't even work in the US as different schools and different programs have different ending dates and starting dates.
My starting date is Jan 3rd. Most I believe are mid jan

Ok, I'll try even harder to pin-down the "fido dies" glitch in the train-code, that I still have not been able to figure out.

hey hey jsut like to say that everything is looking good, lots of th community is helping out, and best of all, GTALC hasnt been dead before (to my knowledge). i know tooo many mods that just....die :S. btw it looks like the MTA team are relying on you guys, that may sound like they're putting pressure on you, but it means that it'll promote ur mod n stuff. another thing, i think that some ppl are being a bit pushy with the mod creators, who are trying to find time to create their mod. throughout the board im finding 'when will this person be back from holiday' or 'this guy is dead', and i think there just being inconsiderate. anyway good luck

If they're trying to pressure us, they're not doing a good job. And I don't think they would anyway. Patrick, don't put too much stock in the timeline that I laid out. With a few of our workers off of school until mid January, now would be a good time to get a lot of the work done. But if we don't finish before they go back to classes, we'll still be okay. The beginning of the semester isn't too stressful.

As a matter of fact, I think I may have found a work-around for the glitch, but I still have to test it more extensively, before putting oout a version for public testing
P.S. Why would MTA team put pressure on us ?

I need three fingers to boot my laptop ( ctrl-alt-del), so That'll give me until newyears-eve. Not enough pressure, you got to do better
I've already had a look at the code for that mission that you sent me, but with no success. I think I'll finaly have to install the old version of MB, if I want to be ending up with at least three fingers...
to be continued..
