Well he's got more important thing to worry about before tires. Namely making sure the engine, transmission, and/or transfer case don't explode or fall out from under the truck while he's driving it.

A guy is coming to buy my car today, turns out it's actually somewhat rare, apparently there's only a small few 1.4 Escort hatchbacks left in the UK and my car is one of them so despite all it's faults it's still worth a few quid to the right people. Currently the brakes dont work and the muffler has broken off but the guy says he still wants it without even bartering, who am i to argue!. If all goes well that means i should be able to get my Mondeo up and running, be nice to drive something different for a change, i'm bored of the ezzy so i'm welcoming the Mondy with open arms, 2.0 24v 130bhp yes plz, much better then 1.4 8v 75bhp even if it is a bloody auto.

Update - Sold the car, two lads came down with cash who were rather into their escorts, the guy who bought it had a standard 1.6 which he had turned into a track weapon including an RS2000 engine swap, next to nothing inside besides two seats and a wheel and various other modifications, i asked him to take me for a spin in it which he obliged and it was a bloody machine, he said he plans on using my car as a project using his track weapon as a donor so the future is looking bright for Vodge!
I'm quite sad that it's sold though, i've become rather attached over the last two years of driving it but on the bright side atleast it's gone to a good home.

A V6 S-class? Glad we didn't get those here. All we got were the awesome vroom vroom V8's and V12's. Figured you'd get an S600 or S55 instead to go with your W12 A8 and Bentley.

Want a 5 door 1.8L Diesel Focus I've just fallen out with? Twitty car, having to rely on the hubby's Focus (near identical only in midnight blue ) to get to and from work, useful when we do the same job, nearly the same hours but different nicks!

yeah its a V6, abysmal compared to the 745Li in all respects. Frustration is the only word to describe trying to drive fast in the S350. I do have an S600 but of the W140 variant and its basically undrivable due to the frequency of breakdowns. Mostly just gets taken out once a week by one of our drivers for a wash and minor maintenance etc
back to the S350, I dont drive it often as its usually my driver driving it, taking me to the airport or to a restaurant sorta thing.

Meh. S250 CDI is my favourite!
2.1L Four-Cylinder Diesel.
204 HP, 369 ft lbs of torque and 41 MPG. That's an engine.

I'd have got the 6.2 lump in mine, executive drifting! That said i wouldn't have bought any of those which you have outcast, i'd have gone straight for a Porsche Panamera or a Maserati Quattroporte.

I wouldn't go for either.
BMW 760Li ftw.
I went with my cousin to the bmw dealership earlier this year to pick up her new 1 series and overheard a guy who was old enough to be my grandad giving the staff loads about his 'sh*te on wheels', he saw me grinning at the commotion so i asked him what was wrong, he said he bought his 760 last year and had endless problems with it, it was his 5th trip back to the dealership so he was quite rightly pissed off, i got distracted from the chat by my cousin asking me pretty much everything about her 1 series that the staff had already explained prior to her, midway through talking to her about adjusting her drivers seat i hear "ULTIMATE DRIVING MACHINE? YOU'RE JOKING AREN'T YA? GERMAN ENGINEERING MY f*ckING WRINKLY ARSE" before the old man stormed out the place followed by a very apologetic lady worker.
Not relevant or opinion changing, you just reminded me about that dude lol

I've heard a few horror stories about V12 BMW's. But the E65's and F01's are too f*cking complicated, electronically, for me to ever want to own one. f*cking iDrive and all that other bullsh*t. Give me an E23 or E38 please.

I have to agree with you on that point, when im driving my 745Li i get some confusing beeps and warnings, seemingly at random. To this day i still cannot figure out what the car is trying to tell me.
