EdiT: Sorry there so f*cking big.

I'd like to see them, but just make sure you upload them at Imageshack and use their thumbnails.

@ Destructo, that spoiler is sh*tty...period. And I prefer the Fiat Palio...or the Palio Weekend. The Siena just doesn't fit my style.

@ Young, nice car. The Skyline R32 '89 is the most awesome Skyline of the series.

@ Chunky Lee Chong, the 325i is a very nice car. My neighboor used to have one in mint condition. My dad always wanted to buy it, but he wouldn't sell.

@ Chevy, you know which one I prefer? The 1989. I guess I like semi-new automobiles tounge.gif

@ D Jones, please, remove your image man. just put a link to it. It is screwing my connection.

@ Richard Zurawski, lol man you need a better car.

Tan car is a 76 Olds Delta 88, car next to it is some old piece of sh*t 80's Caddy, and last one is my Vette. biggrin.gif

My new baby, another '71 Kingswood its better than it looks. All it needs is a new bootlid, carpets and a paint job as all the buffing in the world wouldn't get that surface rust off. It cost me $450 which was a bit of a bargain considering it has a new exhaust, four new tyres, all the suspension has been replaced, the brakes have been upgraded and reconditioned, the seats have been re-upholstered in blue velour and a bunch of other various things have been done to it, supposedly at a cost of $3000. I bought it off the original owners and it runs a 186ci straight six with a three speed column shift manual. Its only done 130,000 mile and it shows, its one of the sweetest 186 motors I've heard. Just a note I have the panels and parts to repair all the front end damage.

my sh*tbox R31 Skyline.

1987 model, 5 speed manual, RB30E engine.

mods include Koni adjustable front struts, bilsten rear struts, import R31 front brakes with slotted rotors (274mm), 2.5 inch cat back exhaust, VL commodore intake with pod filter, advanced timing, lowered springs.

car has been debadged, kouki taillights have been fitted, a small amount of colour coding has been done around the doors (not shown in these photos)

inside there's a sports steering wheel, shortened shifter with anodised gear knob, big pedals and some other random ricey things.

within the next couple of days i'll recieve the mini-spool i've ordered, hope to have it in by the weekend as i have a skid pan day on saturday morning. also coming soon is a 5 puck clutch with 2400lb pressure plate, a one piece tailshaft, extractors a 60mm throttle body and twin rear swaybars (read: drift). later down the track an RB20DET will be slotted in.

have a silhouette (sports pack) interior to fit to the car, a front spoiler and some new front fenders to go on. at some point i intend on updating it to a kouki front end, as some kid jumped on my bonnet when in was at work and dented the sh*t out of it.

Would you like my work details? I'd love to fix that thing up. Rust repairing is my new thing. cool.gif It'd look good with a total restoration, but I don't know you'd be willing to spend that sort of money. We did an old Jag, and that was nearly $10,000 just for the external panels. Not the door jams and such. Either way, great f*cking car you've got there, where'd you pick that one up?

Despite the way it looks it doesn't need much work at all. Only real rust in it is in the bottom of the rear doglegs, and those are only about the size of a 50cent peice each. The reason you see all the rust on the paint is, the car spent the first 30 years of its life in Torquay and it never got parked in a garage. All it really needs is a few dings fixed and a respray and she'll look tops. I already replaced the dented front gaurd and bumper today, sadly the front subframe got a little damaged too but I'll replace that on the school holidays.

I heard about it from my teacher at TAFE, it was owned by a mate of his. I didn't think about it much untill I had that sinking realisation that my wagon was well and truley f*cked. So I saved a little money and got the blokes phone number. The story went that his parents had bought it new from *consults original owners manual* R & B Smith Motors in Geelong on the 23/7/1971. They used it as their everyday hach for about thirty years racking up 130k on the clock in that time. About five years ago the son (now a businessman in his fifties) gets his hands on it and began to restore it, but he didn't have much time and after initially spending about $3000 on it and after a few years of the wife nagging that she wanted to park her car in the garage, he gave in and sold it to me for $450.

Dalp, feel free to send you work details to me, as I said it needs a respary and as its got some rego, I may come down and get a quote off you guys. But just for the record I haven't got $10,000 it a bit more like >$1000. cool.gif

@ Richard, yeah that's better. It's a nice looking car. Take care of it!

@ lySdEXiA, what year is your skyline?

@ Jayzamann, I prefer the Nissan Maxima, but the Sentra is a cool car too. My mom had a '92 Sentra. It rocked.

It's a 1994 Acura Legend. Not bad, just needs some bodywork. When we bought it, there was a problem with the bumper since the previous owner got in a small fender bender. It hangs down on one side sometimes and it's too low to pull up close to a parking curb or it makes this terrible sound when I back off of it.
