I am a subscriber to OPSM2UK who have a nine page preview.

The facts

The main man: Tony Cipriani (voiced by Michael Madsen)
The setting: Roughly 1998 three years before GTA3
The graphics: What you Have come to expect from the 3D GTA's with a surprisingly good draw dsitance.
The vehicles: Uptaded for the time period and there will be bikes not sure about air vehicles.
The threads: Most of the screens are of Tony in some casual combat clothes but there is one of him in a balck suit with an open white shirt.
The Story: Cipriani is fresh back in the city after a while laying low, having offered a fellow mobster as a favour for Don Salvatorie Leone. The gratefull salvatore puts you staright back to work.
The weapons: I have seen a shotgun, handgun and a tech nine.

I have no scans as i am still trying to get my scanner fixed.(Can anybody else Provide scans) I will be happy to awnser any questions.

PS: Those screens that surfaced a while ago are definate fakes.

Check there for the scans made by eightySeventh who also seems to hav subscribed to opsm and recieved it early

I'm very interest in finding out more about this Tony guy. I wonder exactly how many vehicles will be in the game and if there are any new ones or if they are all ones we have seen in past GTAs. But most importantly we need scans ASAP. If you become the first guy to post screens of GTA: LC on the web, you will become a hero to me.

Yeah. Toni owns a restaurant on Little Italy (which was later renamed to Saint Mark's due to the game Mafia) with his ma'. Hmm...the GTA Series is almost resumed. Now we know where Toni came out of. We only need to know Donald Love's Dissapearence now. But yeah, someone should get screens! That would be historical if someone released screens before rockstar.

We're outside Luigi's strip club, Sex Club 7 - the first place you visit in GTA3 - but Luigi isn't here yet. It's Paulie's Revue Bar and is run by JD O'Toole, a slimy pervert with links to the triads. He wants to get in with the Leone mob instead, so he tips you off about a Triad attack in St. Marks. It's nearby, so we head to AmmuNation and load up on Uzis. We rock up in the Sentinel, and Tony's henchman jumps out and stand guard while we decide to head off the attack before it arrives. Two waves of angry triads and several drive-by shootings later, a bulletproof patriot reaches the casino and plants a bomb. Boom! It wrecks the place, but doesn't demolish it. It's not enough for the gangsters. Relentless, they send another truck packed with explosives, parking it nearby - this one will bring the whole place down if it blows. How can we save the casino? Naturally we leap in the bomb truck and drive off, paying great attention to the timer and safe-distance meters. Once clear we park up and let it detonate near some innocent bystanders, saving considerable damage to Mafia property. Phew. MISSION 2 We're back in the Sentinel, crusing over to Don Salvatore's mansion. He wants us to retrieve some cash from the docks at Atlantic Quays, so we take a dirt bike from his driveway and head down the hill. Across the water we can see Shoreside Vale- the draw distance is extremely impressive. Unfortunately, those bomb-happy Triads have rigged the warehouse, so collecting the cash packages is a race against time - allwhile fighting running battles. In the nick of time we dash out and the building goes up, damaging everything nearby. Ignoring the smoking cars, we steal a chopper, gassing it up and weaving madly to avoid the incoming wave of Belly Up fish vans. Eventually, with only minor civilian casualties, we reach the safety of Salvatore's mansion once again.

Sounds like air vehicles to me.
