This is probably a no-brainer but the codes for the PS2 version are the same as the codes for the XBOX version. Just convert a few buttons. I tested all of the cheats below and they all worked for me.

Button converter:
Triangle = Y

Circle = B

X = A

Square = X

L2 = White

R2 = Black


The rest of the buttons are the same.

Key:
D=Down (on directional pad)
R=Right (on directional pad)
L=Left (on directional pad)
U=Up (on directional pad)
Left= Left Trigger
Right = Right Trigger

Cheats:

Invincibilty:
D, A, R, L, R, Right, R, D, U, Y


Weapons #1:
Right, Black, Left, Black, L, D, R, U, L, D, R, U


Weapons #2:
Right, Black, Left, Black, L, D, R, U, L, D, D, L


Weapons #3:
Right, Black, Left, Black, L, D, R, U, L, D, D, D


Infinite Ammo:
Left, Right, X, Right, L, Black, Right, L, X, D, Left, Left


Infinite Oxygen:
D, L, Left, D, D, Black, D, White, D


Never Wanted:
B, R, B, R, L, X, Y, U


Lower Wanted Level:
Right, Right, B, Black, U, D, U, D, U, D


Cars Float Away:
X, Black, D, D, L, D, L, L, White, A


Drive On Water:
R, Black, B, Right, White, X, Right, Black


Cars Fly:
X, D, White, U, Left, B, U, A, L


Boats Fly:
Black, B, U, Left, R, Right, R, U, X, Y


Vehicle of Death:
Left, White, White, U, D, D, U, Right, Black, Black


Jetpack:
U, D, L, R, Left, White, Right, Black, U, D, L, R


Parachute:

I think it can be under this or Xbox and Pc chat because the main topic is GTA Sanandreas
