Oh well, everyone is different i suppose. If im going to eat while playing, usually I have a glass of water to keep hydrated and salt n vinegar chips. Packet of cleanse wipes to keep controller and hands clean and free of grease.

Back in the early 2000s, Quaker Oats used to make these small, bite sized pastry snacks. They were little tiny pastries that had strawberry jam in them. I don't even think they make them anymore as they definitely weren't the healthiest in keeping with the Quaker Oat brand.
I remember, in 2002, when Vice City came out, I was 12 at the time, stayed home from school (naturally) and played the hell out of it! However, it was a shopping day and both my parents weren't home, so there was practically no food in the house, except for these little bite-sized jam snacks. I must've eaten the whole box of them! I remember eating so many that I felt kind of sick. But those early days of that Fall in 2002, everything felt right. I've since come to associate early memories of Vice City with the flavor of those snacks.
I even went out and ceremoniously bought them for San Andreas in 2004! They sort of became the official snack for playing GTA on release day for me. Sadly in 2008 I don't think they made them anymore as I couldn't find them, so I just ate regular food when GTAIV came out.
