Here is a list of glitches that can only be found by playing a certain mission:

Mission: Any

-Fast Forward: If you enter the 'Faster Gameplay' cheat and start a mission, the cutscene will be sped up, but the audio will still be the same.

Mission: Taggin' Up Turf

-Kill Sweet: Wait until the opening cutscene ends. Then, when Sweet enters the car, enter this cheat (Weapon Tier 2): R1, R2, L1, R2, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Down, Left. It should now say 'Mission Failed - You need spraypaint!'. This will trigger Sweet to exit the car. If you want, you can kill Sweet. He has about 3 times as much health as you, for some reason. And if you attack him, he will attack back with his can of spraypaint. If he starts to attack you, it's practically impossible for you to escape. He will keep spraying you until you die.

-Infinite Spray: You may or may not have noticed that during this mission, you have an unlimited supply of spraypaint. And if you're aiming towards 100%, you can very easily get all 100 tags in Los Santos without having to worry about running out of spraypaint. The ideal time to do this is when Sweet drops you off in the Ballas territory and drives off to tag somewhere else. Just make sure the mission is still active.

-Locker Car: After Sweet drops you off in the Ballas Territory and takes off, DON'T SPRAY THE TAGS. Run over to Grove Street. You will find that the car is parked in the center of Grove Street. The car is locked, so if you want, kill Sweet and get in through the side that he falls out of. You can use this car to drive around and cause all sorts of chaos (legal wise). Note that if you kill Sweet, the mission will end (obviously).

Mission: Cleaning the Hood

-Blowjob: This one isn't really a glitch, but it's still worth mentioning. During the semi-cutscene where you and Rider enter the Crack Den, look in the back room. You'll see a hooker giving a Balla a blowjob on the couch.

-Access the Interior Hell: Once you enter the Crack Den, kill everyone in the building (including the hookers and stoned Ballas laying around the Den). Anyway, once that's done, head over to the back room where you saw the hooker giving a Balla a blowjob. Walk over to the left side of the couch. Run into the corner between the couch and the wall. Eventually you will fall through and fall for what seems an eternity before the screen changes to a white color. Then, you will hit an invisible floor and die. UPDATE: YOU CAN FLY A JETPACK INTO THE INTERIOR HELL FROM HERE! It's tricky though. Basically spawn a jetpack inside the Den. Then, when you're in position to do the glitch, press Triangle to get out of the jetpack. What you want the jetpack to do is to land right behind the couch (in front of you). Once it lands there, run towards it. You should eventually fall through with the jetpack. I'm exploring the Hell as we speak, so I'll keep you updated on what I find.

Update on the Interior Hell: So far, I haven't found much of anything. But an interesting thing I've found on the bottom: I have found a random armor pickup and a line of about 7 cops standing there doing nothing. I even have 4 stars and they still aren't budging. I'm still on the lookout, though.

EDIT: I have also found tons of Horseshoes down here.
EDIT: I just found a couple Jetpack pick-ups here...this is getting pretty interesting.

This is a cool topic, keep going!

Put "Faster Game Play" cheat, then go to any mission and the mission scene will go fast foward (fast animation), but the talking will be normal.

You know about failing a mission and Sweet is still there, I think I know how to do this in any mission.........

I think you have to fail the mission before it starts (before you can do anything)...

Like I was in a mission (at Caligula's Casino) and There was Paul outside talking to me next to a car, and did the blow up all cars cheat. When I could move, it said "Mission Failed" and for some reason, Paul was still running in terror. I could not kill him, like he had Infinite Health and he was always running away (When I could move, at the same time, I think I also did the "Blow Up All Cars" cheat to kill him exactly when I could move OR I think there was a guy that had to leave town and he was in a car (during an outside scene of only talking) and I did the "Blow Up All Cars cheat", so he died and he was not supposed to and when I started, I failed the mission and you know what happens after..................OK I'm confused a little, so I will try to do the glitch that "Main Characters" don't disappear after a "mission failed" and then I will come back.......

I only did it with the "Liberty City" (Saint Mark's Bistro) mission.

I know, this a double post................

------> CONTAIN SPOILERS <------

At the mission "High Stakes, Low-Rider", whan you do the race, you can do the "blow up all cars" cheat and you will still be able to finish the race (but make sure you have the "Vehicle of Death" cheat on, and then you leave your vehicle, then re-enter, then do the "Blow up All Cars" cheat). At the end of the race, Cesar should still be driving in his car and he should be driving in the car, and you will be able to take him out of his car (by maybe shooting at him) and you can kill him for fun. I don't know if you can recruit him, though......... (I think you have to win the race for this 2nd glitch to happen/Cesar has to be alive for this 2nd glitch to happen)

At a mission for Catolina, when you have to rob 4 places (you can choose), when you choose the one when you have to chase 3 guys in a Quadbike, and you are in a Quadbike going after them, and Catolina shoots them, get out of your Quadbike, get far enough of it with Catolina, then do the "Blow Up All Cars" cheat to kill the 3 guys that you have to chase. Instead of taking a while to chase them, do this trick, then just get the 3 briefcase (money) and finish the mission just like that.

Crack Den Interior Hell, I think is somewhere near Las Venturas. Because it has the Hunter Quarry crane, horseshoes, cops (because of wanted level), and the jetpack (maybe Area 69).

You should also put the mission glitch that houses open up when you kill Smoke and the houses next to Smoke's hous open up it's already mentioned somewhere but you should put it in here to. (cant remember which mission it was)

I have read this before, but I cannot remember what mission it is. Try to recall what mission it is .

It's the first mission you do for Big Smoke when sweet and Ryder and Big Smoke get in teh car shoot one in the face and some buildings around there will open up.

Actually it's the mission OG Loc, and you kill OG Loc in front of Freddy's House, and you can enter his house. Maybe in the beta version, you first enter Freddy's house, and chase him.

You should also put in effects of Peds Riot in missions, and which ones are impossible to finish with that code (I know of 3, and the most recent is the 555 We Tip glitch). I'm wondering if there's a 4th, and I'm sure that either "The Green Sabre" and "Reuniting the Families" have similar glitches.

One thing strange about the og loc mission is after you kill og loc go into the house and usually it will be Ballas in a Vagos house

@ OGGLOCK: Well you can also blow up the car which you need to go in in the mission OG LOC and then the houses next to Big Smokes house open up.
Isn't OG LOC the first mission you do for Smoke?

Yes it's the first mission. Try experimenting by killing Smoke on different areas.
