Well, after printing out a colour map of all the Oyseters, Horseshoes, Tags, and Snapshots... I have gone through every one number by number, and crossing off ones I've collected and cicling ones I think I had before I went manually through them all.
What it's left me with is, gladly, 50 Snapshots found!
But I only have 42 out of 50 Horseshoes (But I think I can find a few more)
And 48 out of 50 Oysters
And 99 out of 100 Tags.
But here's the thing... I know some people would be really dissapointed because by the looks of it I won't be able to get 100% technically.
But to me, I've got the majority of everything... and what exactly is it that you get for 100%???
Infinite Ammo? (don't need it, I cheat for ammo!)
What else?
A few guns at some safe houses? (Meh)
and A levathon and hydra in the Grove? (I think it looks pretty stupid so I don't really want it that badly )
Anything else?
So basically, I'm wondering If I'm the only person who is not mad about not being able to get 100% technically?

$1,000,000 Boosted stamina, life, sex appeal, respect Cars take double damage Hydra and Rhino at Grove Street Infinite Ammo...
Plus all the weapons, cash and bonuses for completing the snapshots horsehoes tags and oysters.
Snapshots: sniper, grenades, shotgun and tec-9 at Doherty garage Horseshoes: 1000 luck, satchels, combat shotgun, M4 and MP5 at Four Dragons Tags: sawn off shotgun, AK-47, molotovs and micro SMG at Grove street house, AND Homies get Desert Eagles and MP5s Oysters: Increased sex appeal and lung capacity; AND sex on every date, irresistible to the girlfriends and some come back to life?
Some of that is undoubtedly wrong, but you get the idea...

| QUOTE (Craig Kostelecky @ Apr 14 2005, 07:41) | I assume you mean you have 98.40%, right? If that's the case, I can assure you that finishing the tags, oysters, horseshoes will get you to 100%. You might want to look at the Java Map (that's linked on the top of the page) if you're having trouble finding those items.
There's no reason that you can't get 100% still. Those items don't disappear unless you pick them up. I guarantee you that there are still 8 horsehoes, 2 oysters, and 1 tag left in San Andreas that you didn't get. Just look harder. | I still insist that I somehow got an oyster twice... an oyster went missing in a place in which I've never been before, let alone swum in, and I found my last oyster in Glen Park... also my first oyster. Yes, I am 100% sure I saved after getting that first oyster in Glen Park and have never been to that location with the missing oyster before. So yeah, if you asked me, hidden items like the oysters, horseshoes, tags, and snapshots may glitch. Or it could just be my cd, it's f***ed up.

Hmm.. well then that's good news.
Because here's an Update:
I just found the last 8 horseshoes! I used GTASanAndreas.com to get pictures of the exact location which helps a lot.
So now I have all 50 Horseshoes and Snapshots...
But I'm missing 1 Tag and 2 Oysters.
But I'm at 98.85% I think which is weird because I didn't think that getting 1 tag and 2 oysters would make up 1.15 percent. But we'll see.
Anyways... Thanks for the help, I wasn't even expecting.

| QUOTE (Craig Kostelecky @ Apr 15 2005, 02:03) | | If it really says 98.85% then there's an issue with your game. The percent completed stat is calculated by the mission points earned divided by the maximum mission points. And there are 187 mission points. So if you have 98% then it means you must have either 98.40% (184/187) or 98.93% (185/187). | Heh, well thanks for pointing that out.
I'll go check.
But you're probably right, I just didn't remember it right and it's either 98.40% or 98.93% And I just finished Horseshoes since my first post. So I probably have 185 out of 187 to go.
1 Tag and 2 Oysters! Those buggers!

Learned that one the hard way in VC. Wasted all that time trying to get 100%
