Sorry ta keep ya waiting (if you was that is) If youve been checking out my other topic you would of seen some screenshots of these guys and i did promise a rel of them so here you are, I hope ya like um.
They aren't just new textures either, I have changed the ped models around for some of them so your best off just replacing the dff's and txd's with the ones in the zip also the txds are now at a bigger size for more detail

Great work as usual, nice job on the skinheads with the unionjack flag top. You should do a set of punk skins.

Im loving the camo pants and the biker updates too.

he he might do a punk mod one day..... i aint really got a mod on the go just feel like messing around with the peds instead of the player for once.. tho I am like doing it all in stages i.e 1st the gangs then the emergency ppl then I think il do the peds the, Il prob do the Cs characters then il do the player... yeah summut along them lines lol

Nice skins, I havent played Vice in a while but when i get around to it i'll probably add some. Lol a punk mod would be cool seeing it'd be awesome cause thats all i make (seeing that I am a punk and that with all these damned hip hop skins we see now adays we need some change lol) you'res would probably pwn most of mine though seeing that you're much better than i with alot of things. lol.

You dont have do disrespeckt hiphoppers they are pretty nice remember people can be stupid and nice what ever coulor on their skin or life style they have!

now b4 this topic goes off on one...... Erics not beeing racist hes just saying there aint many punk skins around coz ppl seem ta keep requesting and making hip hop skin. Even Ive made a hip hop guy (not a very good one mind)..

Yeah I wasnt being racist like Soul said. Although I cannot stand rap/hip-hop music in the least bit, Its all a bunch of people talking over "beats" they bought from companies and most of it doesnt address real issues its just the same sh*t repeated about smoking, fighting, gangs and etc. and most of the hip-hoppers i've met if not all were a bunch of assholes who have "disrespected me" for liking certain music, dressing a certain way and omg teh skin color. Its all a trend that'll end sometime just like disco (even though rap is basicly offencive disco in my eyes ). Yeah i'm done flooding Souls topic and ranting lol.

Can just quote you,Eric,though I'm a rather "normal" styled guy, so I do look rather neutral.
But I got to agree on every point,plus I can not only not stand hiphop and rap,but I also dislike their stupid behaviour with their 1337 *bling bling* and shaking their hands around in the air when they rap their senseless text that adress problems not beeing important to anyone but gangs and gangsters.
Also is their way of holding a gun "cool" (actually pointing it to the forehead with the finger on the trigger) or shooting it at an odd angle (not 90% to floor but 45% as example ,so its not | but \ or -- ,I've even read that a gangster cought his nipple with a slide by shooting like this with a .45 after never having fired a gun before)
but Grim is still right, you gotta respect them to be better then them,because if you wouldnt, you would do the same as they do *so lets go hating and disrespecting hiphopers *
