yes, but in the latest package, all missions are selectable, so the gate should work, once the final 0.2/0.3 package is done, i guess the gate shouldn't open until you've completed that mission.

I'll fix that so the gate will open with MASTERLCDEBUG on. The old way that it was coded didn't allow you to actually play the 'Arms Shortage' mission. But there is a simple alternative that will make the gate open during debug mode. It will be included in my next update.

i've found another minor issue , in the mission "exchange", right after the cutscene, al those colombians should shoot at the player. instead of that, they stand still only the 2 colombians near the gate will shoot you.

With debug mode on, I say, WTF?

Never had this problem before. I was able to get out of Ammunation without the camera going back to normal.

In "Turismo" the game spawns 6 cars instead of 3 piled on top of each other. When the race starts 3 of the cars start racing as they should. When you win the race the "1st" message stays on the screen and the other 3 cars start racing and all the checkpoints reappear, but you just drive through them. When you try another mission the game crashes, If you save the game and load it the game crashes automatically. This glitch doesn't happen all of the time, but it has always happened when I've tried to do the missions in order.

A similar glitch occurs in "Taking Out The Laundry". There are 6 vans instead of 3, and 3 of them are driving on 2 wheels!

I also found that, after doing "Salvatore's Called A Meeting", when I saved the game and loaded it up again the game ran for no more than 10 seconds before giving an unhandled exception error.

'Scuse the double-post, but I've found a few issues with the new .scm:

1. The 2-star wanted level limit is still there

2. During Paramedic, if you pull away from a patient fast enough for them to fall over as they get in, they get up again and just stand there no matter what you do

That's my 2c's worth for now as I'm not that far in.

I think I've got that bug fixed, Toreno. It was the result of switching the Hoods to the golfers (instead of the Vercetti gang). In doing that, I forgot to change the 8192 flags to 16384. The next code update will have that fixed.

Sorry for my post. Didn’t know where to write. I installed LC over Vice City a few days ago (version 3) but constantly have freezing of my system. Under Win-98SE I have to press RESET, and under Win-2000 I can escape by Ctrl-Alt-Del and finish the process. The freezings happen so often that I actually gave up playing. I don’t understand why it happens.

Here are some leading observations:
The game freezes only in moments of large collisions (for ex. when my car bumps into something at high speed, or I launched the rocket and it exploded near me). But not always.

Also in “Sayonaro Salvatore” when I’m waiting for the mafia boss near the bar and the time comes to the point when the boss must come out – freezing (exactly 1 minute before the deadline), in this mission system freezes 100% if I'm waiting near the bar and doesn't if I'm on another Island.

Pease make some suggestions what do I do wrong?

That last one is probably because you forgot to copy the new vcopode.asi file (or I forgot to update it in the package). That file should be 66.5 KB and dated 5/5/5.

And sorry about that Candy model. I accidently used the CSCandy model instead of the IGCandy one. I was kind of creeped out by that too.

That happened to me once as well. I'm not sure why, but it does not happen every time. I've played that mission probably 15 times in LC and that only happened once.

@dintylinty, darks67, and Main_Salvadore, those missions should all work if you installed everything properly. They work perfectly fpr me everytime.
