Well of course, why not?

As I couldent seem to get any form of sound into the sfx.ram with 'gta3audio', (when I eventualy found a non corrupt copy of it in the Switch Mod Pack), I opened the RAW file in Wavelab (a lot more fun ) but when I save and re-compress the file, Wavelab makes it 4Kb bigger, and so when I check the raw file with gta3audio each sample is out of sink, playing the game is very odd but very funny.

Got any suggestions. or even an audio extractor tool that works.


**edit Goldwave audio editor can open the RAW audio file and save it with no corruption.

I don't have San Andreas PS2, so meh.

Here's the instructions for using it from the GTALC Audio files ReadMe:
Download Nullpointers GTA3 Sound Tool at <---invalid link--->
Copy the sound tool into the Audio folder.
Run audext.exe and wait until the window closes by itself. This may take several minutes.
After it's finished, you should see thousands of audio files in the folder.

After you finished with everything, run audimp.exe.
Wait until the window closes by itself. This may take several minutes.
Start your game.

Yea it's dead. Download Liberty City SFX Audio files v7 to get the tool which is combined with Liberty City's SFX audio files if you don't mind. It got specific instructions on how to use it.
