For everyone else Sacs is open when you finnish the Las Venturas Missions. Its the last store to open and has the most expensive items.

I don't think that's the case. I think it opens when you get the call from Woozie inviting you to LV. While LV is open prior to this, no missions in it are, so I think that's the trigger.

If you don't want to screw around with actually buying the clothes to get the stats for them, have a look at /DATA/SHOPPING.DAT on your San An DVD. It's a little hard to match the shortened names to the full ones, but it has the exact stat changes and price in there at a glance.

yeah i was going too say that too i just got victim open after i got the call from woozie too.

Based on what I've heard (as I haven't gotten that far) is that it opens when you return to Los Santos in the storyline.

DS opens up much later. Either when you return, as was said, and I think after a mission where....well, I don't want to give any spoilers, but if you're in LV, you probably noticed a sequence of missions with a potentially big payoff.

Thanks, Shady. I hope it helps a lot of people who want to have maximum respect and sex appeal in the game. Although, some clothes that have a lot of sex appeal and up the respect a lot don't look too good. So it's really up to the people who choose to wear what they want

that Didier Sachs place opens after you return to your hood. Which is one of Madd Dog's missions I beleive. If somebody could get me a map I can mark it so you know where it is.

Note if you dont like the gang territory stuff you can still get it , just dont do the homecoming mission.

Now if you want to represent grove AND look rich , grab the Green pants and shirt , and maybe one of teh hats like smoke's.

You'll look like a pimpish grove member then. Though I prefer the leopard cowboy hat with the green stuff.

I doubt it , specially since gang territory doesnt get 100%. I personally hate the fact they can attack your territories. Which is why I have a save that is all teh way up before homecoming.
