Help, I'm stuck at 98% I have completed SA 2-3 times 100% before and I know everything needed for 100%. But I don't understand why I'm stuck at 98,40.. I try to remember what could be left but I still can't remember. Is there any code tool to find out what is left? Like there's a code tool available to find out remaining unique stunt jumps in GTA VC.

If you are on PC, you can use the San Andreas Mission Analyser.
Otherwise, if you are on console, just print out a 100% checklist, get a pen, and start ticking stuff off.

Perhaps, you're too far away from the first two compartments of the train. Make sure that you're driving parallel to the first compartment of the train so that BS can take a proper aim. Also, drive slightly on the right side of the track, otherwise BS would be shooting the train instead of the guys on the top.

If that is not the case, then tell us which platform you're playing the game on. If it's on PC, do you have any mods installed?

Secondly, the 100% checklist is totally precise and all those things are exactly what is required to get to 100%.

The Triathlon challenge is not required for 100%.

I remember there was an application that analyzed you save file and told you what were you missed to complete the game 100% It told you in a map where were the tags you had missed, etc does anybody has it?
