edit: Okay these are the properties. I'll add them to the top later on.

You must buy all asset properties: Zero RC Shot, Wang Auto, Verdant Meadows Airstrip

Must aquire assets for these properties :

• Roboi's Food Mart
• Hippy Shopper
• Burger Shot
• Hunter Quarry
• Vank Hoff Hotel (lol)
• RS Haul Flint County

Yeah that's true but the beachball game didn't count towards 100% in Vice.
