For Vice City (v1.0) PS2 NTSC Requires GameShark/CodeBreaker/AR2
This works like the Rocket Boost feature in CheatDevice for LCS on the PSP. With rocket boost 1 you now have the thrust you need to fly a car with the Dodo Cars cheat! (RIGHT, R2, CIRCLE, R1, L2, DOWN, L1, R1) Higher rocket boosts are good for high speed driving and drag racing.
Rocket Boost 200fff50 3c0eXXXX 200fff54 448e3000 200fff58 c787efec 200fff5c 46073182 200fff60 c6470010 200fff64 460639c2 200fff68 c648006c 200fff6c 46074200 200fff70 e648006c 200fff74 c6470014 200fff78 460639c2 200fff7c c6480070 200fff80 46074200 200fff84 e6480070 200fff88 c6470018 200fff8c 460639c2 200fff90 c6480074 200fff94 46074200 200fff98 03e00008 200fff9c e6480074 202877f8 00000000 d05c0202 0000bfff 202877f8 0c03ffd4
replace XXXX in first line with: 3b00 = rocket boost 1 // right amount for dodo car flying 3b80 = rocket boost 2 // driving is still pretty easy to control 3c00 = rocket boost 4 3c80 = rocket boost 8 3d00 = rocket boost 16 // way too much
I would need to know the game_id of Vice City v1.0 to do an ARMax version. I don't know the offsets to do a PAL conversion.
Dodo Cars RIGHT, R2, CIRCLE, R1, L2, DOWN, L1, R1

40. Press Select For Car Modifier [Note 4] 1AC5377F 0000001A 1AD5377F 00000042 2A1B25BC 0C09E528 2A0725BC 240400?? I got codebreaker and i put this cheat in and it when i press select it freezes my game. The hluk cheat don't work. and the sniper rocket don't work. Edison Carters cheats work fine. The only cheat that worked was the Sky Diving cheat. I got codebreaker v9.1.

| QUOTE (Xme @ Nov 4 2002, 23:45) | Attention all cheat code users, my saved game is now corrupt.
Please read this email
Hello, You need to delete any save games that you used cheat code. These cheat codes have been know to corrupt the game.
Be advised that we do not recommend ever using these codes, as they can cause stability problems with games. If you feel you absolutely must use cheat codes, NEVER save the game with any codes activated. If you do save a game with cheat codes, it is likely that your save game files will get corrupted in some manner, and the only way to fix this problem will to be to delete your saved games and start over. This is the only assistance we can offer on this topic.
Hope this helps!

I suggest not using cheat codes, just a warning, because i have to start over.
*update (by illspirit)
I talked to someone at Rockstar, and it is true there might be problems caused by using cheats. However, contrary to poular belief, none of the cheats were made to intentionally screw up your savegames. The reason why the cheats can't be guaranteed safe is that to properly test them would have required them each to to be used one at a time, and in every possible combination at nearly every convievable point in the game. Now given the ammount of stuff that goes on in the game, this would have most likely doubled, if not tripled the development/testing time. But since the game was designed to be able to be beaten without cheating, an extra year or so of testing to make sure cheats work would have been silly (and quite boring, I'm sure).
This would also explain why some people have problems and others don't. With an almost infinite combination variables floating about in the game, there are bound to be a few that don't work well together. So yea, like XME said, just be careful with the cheats... They probably won't screw you up, but it is possible. | I Have Ar Max Action Replay NTSC.PS2, I Want the Cheat Codes For the Game SOCOM 3 US NAVY SEALS.. thank you for you cooperation.

Do you mean that when you enter a garage it transforms whatever vehicle you enter in with and makes in invulnerable to damage? I don't think that one has been made for Vice City, I know there is one for San Andreas. A quick search and I couldn't come up with anything. The closest one I could find was this- Disable Car Damage 6MTG-PVYM-PHTM8 ZU8T-CNZ6-9GQ3N But I'm not too sure it would be compatible for the version of the game you were playing. There is a Ocean Heights garage modifier, but it doesn't do what you specifically want. As I have said though, I only did a quick search. If you want to search through the topic, go to the bottom of this page, and you should see a box that reads 'Search Topic For'. In there type in what you want, or keywords to narrow down the search and have a look at the results. I wouldn't get my hopes up, though. Regarding the Turbo codes, would this be compatible with your version?
