I remember having Redkiller and Decay's unreleased lots in-game. They look good and fit in well, but I always though the textures on the signs could be improved. Anyway keep up the good work Gforce.
i already have another installer built ready to release i just haven't uploaded it yet, it is still only the baseland installer but this time using seperate img files for illcom and illnorth, it will be needed for the upcoming illcom installer update that will include everything that i have converted so far. progress is slow due to i am renumbering and renaming the ide and ipl line entries, dff's, txd's and colfiles for every lot as i go along, i am also creating seperate max dev kits, one for populated illcom with close distance objects, one for LOD work and one for extreme distance LOD work.
this will allow for easier re-lighting once the new lighting standard is finalised.
the construction of the base installation is now fully modular to make for easier updating and smaller update file sizes.
there is still a hell of a lot of work to be done, especially the generic object moving ......... without tools to help renumber generic object's from VC to SA ID number's a lot of work in notepad and calculator is needed.
expect to see more lots ingame over the next few days ....................

I don't think, that is necessary to spend 50 hours for search SA-identical light. I inserted objects in SA, and with old illumination they were looked is quite realistic.
Now I definitely can't wait, that's one of the lots I never had in my VC install. I must say, you're doing one hell of a job here. Converting all these lots must be very time-consuming. Does that mean your lots are done (if so, me hopes for sreeniez)
ps: any chance you're going to answer that water-question?
it's good to see ingame screens of new lots in here
more WIP screens .........
i haven't had a chance to look into the water side of things yet but from what i remember in SA there was a pool above sea level that you swan in to get a horseshoe and the damm is swimable so it might be possible, i know steve-m made a post with info on water somewhere in the maps section of the forums and he released a modified water file with map cleaner.

@ Gforce: You're like that battery rabbit, you just keep going and going Nice job. About the water: I'll take a closer look at that modified water file you mentioned.
At this point in time I don't know if I have this lot as nobody has responded to my post, or even if it is currently free (ther are several versions of the lot list flying about).
