Now for the answers:

1: No you dont need to download them one after one. You can download the installer from www.myriadislands.com and install the, one after another.
2: The other islands (second & third), can also be downloaded on www.myriadislands.com. Please check the bottom of the page.
3: Yes, Tommy Vercetti is still available, although there should be coming a new character.
4: Yes, the game will have a new radio. You can eventually check the Audio discussions topic.
5: Yes, there is new missions, and there's coming more missions on the way. Check the Mission script topic for more information, and for the last script.
