In addition their sites will fall in disrepair after that mission.

Sometimes they buy in 2nd island one buisness site. If you're lucky i fought against them.

In order for the Cholos to attack your Empire Sites (businesses), you need to first own an Empire site. The ablility to own and take over Empire Sites is unlocked after the completion of the mission "To Victor, The Spoils" for Louise Cassidy-Williams. However, after the completion of the mission "Havana Goodtime" for Umberto Robina, the Cholos will be all but wiped out, meaning that they can no longer attack your Empire sites.

That can only happen before the mission 'Havana good time'. They will never buy any sites after that mission.

Now that I think of it, I'm not entirely sure that the Cholo's will lose their sites on the eastern island. Can anyone confirm?

After the completion of the mission "Havana Good Time", any Cholo Empire Sites that the player hasn't taken over will either be put up for sale, damagerd or fallen into the hands of the Bikers and the Sharks.
