Hello, I am encountering a problem which is pissing me off, whenever I enter a store, my GTA SA will crash, the problem isn't my specs (I can run GTA SA 40+FPS), and I don't think it's my mods (I have GTA SA beta mod, only thing changed are a few gun models and some sounds.), this problem just started today.

Are you playing with your DVD in the Drive?

Any mod may cause an unexpected problem with the game.
Changing vehicles that are used in missions may cause failure of missions.
The San Andreas Forum is for UN-modded games.
What we recommend is to get rid of all Mods.
Play the game with a CLEAN install from your DVD.
And, play with the DVD in the Drive.
If you don't have a problem with game play you don't have a problem.
You may then install your mods ONE at a time playing the game to be sure it still works.
Then, you may install the next mod. Repeat.
When you get to the mod that screws the game don't use it OR go to the Modding Forums for help.

Re install the game and see if it works, thats what I usually do, then install the Mod again. Since it was working for you fine before, this should work.

Mine you frequently do this when I was running a specific version of Catalyst Control Center (ATI/AMD graphics cards)
Since you didn't post your specs I am only assuming you need to check for the latest version of software for your specific graphics card.

My problem fixed it's self, wtf? (I can go into stores now. )

Now, I have a problem that when I use joystick mode on SA-MP (I play with PS3 Controller), I can't get no kills, and when I do, it takes a really long time, unlike when I use keyboard mode. (I get normal kills in keyboard mode, but I go through like 2-4 round of ammo with joystick.), also joystick works fine on sigle-player.
I have good connection, so I can't be lagging, and it usually right before I kill someone, the health bar stops RIGHT BEFORE it goes empty, like this:

NORMAL FULL HEALTH: [*******]
HALF: [**** ]
SAMP "END" POINT: [* ] (Does not move even when being shot at, I usually get killed, then when I respawn I can kill them. )

Offhand, I would suggest you get a 'real' Generic GamePad (i.e. Logitech Dual Action). Since the Console controllers have different values from the buttons/triggers.
Since you say the Single Play is going ok you may need to ask in the modding forums.
