GTA SA Admin Console Won't Open

Hello I am here to ask for help about the Admin Console. It doesn't open, when I run it, it acts like it will open then just doesn't. This all happens in about 3 seconds or less. However it does create the configuration file.


I am running Windows 7 Ultimate x86/x32 Service Pack 1

I have had this issue before and managed to fix it. However I don't remember how I did this.

There are two versions of this console. One is called Admin Console and the other Control Center.

They both don't work. I really like this trainer and would like it to be working again. If you all need any other information just let me know,
