I would suggest you have about 3000 rounds for the machine guns. And buy all the safe houses you can, so that CJ can change his shirt to remove Wanted Stars.

The Machine Pistol Skill has improved seven times and update twice up to the Gangster Level and above. The Bike Skill has improved three times. Had to use once the Pay N' Spray service, -100$ lost. Had to buy two Cluckin' Huge Meals for Carl, -20$ lost. Saved at The Johnson House.
