But if you mean a throttle or frame-skip (like seen in VisualBoy Advance), then yes. But you can adjust that. Ok, next question: What is the top speed of the Monster Truck?

Peon Group: BUSTED! Joined: Jul 3, 2005	Correct! I think it's a reference to the original Driver. The majority of the cars only had a top speed of 87mph. Also, the GBC version of Driver had a top down view. The same as GTA: Advance! Anyway, your turn!

It's unlocked at your Portland hideout when you complete 50 taxi fares.
