Alright, I want to compile a list of all those 'Could be real' Videos out there, and explain why these are fake.
[SideNote: Please don't post the obviously fake videos. Only the ones that could dupe the unaware lurker]
Please try to give detailed descriptions for why the video is fake

I don't know about you, but I actually enjoy looking at these fake videos and finding reasons why they're fake

Here's my example:
(I know its fake, and has been proven fake, but its just an example )

Video Name:
Grand Theft Auto 5 GTA V leaked Gameplay Beta test

Brief Description:
Shows a van driving up a brushy-hilled area with a sign that says 'Mount Chilliad' The video cuts to black, seemingly due to the game crashing.

It's Fake Because...:
1.) Mt. Chiliad is spelled wrong, Rockstar would know how to spell the name of their creations.
2.) It's near impossible to see with the quality of the video, but the license plate on the van looks like it used to read 'Liberty City'
3.) The supposed error that made the 'demo' crash, was on screen the entire time. Nothing changed from the first frame of the video to the last.
4.) I don't know a whole lot about building a game, but in a 'Beta' build, aren't things supposed to look nearly finished? The grass on the hills still looks like poo.
5.) The creator is a pretty good 3D modeler/animator.

It's Fake Because...:
1.) Made by the same guy who made the "Mt. Chilliad" video.

Brief Description:
Shows a biker-gang-looking guy riding on a motorcycle, crashing into cars, and examining the surrounding area. Claims to be a Pre-Alpha build of GTA V.

It's Fake Because...:
1.) The way the motorcycle moves, just doesn't seem like it was made by Rockstar.
2.) It takes place in the 60's (refrenced from video below)
3.) It was taken from this video of the game 'Ride to Hell': http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UHZcIjQOfRQ (thanks to matajuegos for giving the name)

GTA 5: First Gameplay HD 720p (Xbox 360) / Real Or Fake ?!
[Note: There are a LOT of videos similar to this one. Before I researched it a little bit (before GTA V's trailer) it fooled me.]

Brief Description:
Show a character in cover behind a tall post/column, while a helicopter hovers behind him. Player starts to shoot from his cover at the helicopter.

It's Fake Because...:
1.) It's a PS3 game called '8Days' (cancelled)
2.) It wouldn't seem likely for Rockstar to use an ammo counter like the one in this video.
3.) The character model seems too different from Rockstar's distinctive style.

It's Fake Because...:
1.) Seriously? The grass is too large, not to be a mod.

Are you serious? If theres anything that makes GTAF a "joke", its all these fake vids and screenshots that some people are completely obsessed with. You referred to it yourself as "sh*t"

The "Mt. Chilliad" video doesn't even look like a gameplay. The lighting doesn't look like real-time lighting but prerendered (it is already known that the video was made by an amateur 3D modeler) and the sign is way too high-res.

The second gameplay is from the game called ride to hell, its a about biker gangs and that trailer was released like in 2009, but the game has gone for around 3 years with no info, looked pretty good.
