Need GTA IV text file !

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: May 4, 2008	Help me please anybody!!! Someone who can extract the text files from GTA IV. In the previous GTA series those files were called 'american.gxt', 'german.gxt' etc. I don't know what's the name of text files in GTA IV, but please if someone can get them please do it!!! I need the original american text file - so I could translate it on my own language! Please!!
