There aren't spawning any in Los Santos, here are the locations:
1. Importable from Easter Basin (San Fierro) after completing export lists, only on Monday. Import cost: $76,000.
2. Commonly spawned at night along The Strip, Las Venturas, especially if driving another fast sports car.
3. In the Las Venturas Freight Depot Race Tournaments, choosing the Las Venturas Ringroad race will provide you a Turismo. Park it in a garage and abandon the race. When you return to your garage, the car will still be there.
But, there is a way to get it, if you're lucky enough. Take a look at this video.

The video starts off as a new game... Carl is in the alley where Tenpenny and Polaski through him out of there police car. He only has $350. First I found a cop on an HPV-1000 Motorcycle and knocked him off his bike. I then started a Vigilante Mission. The Turismo will randomly appear as the Suspect Vehicle during the Vigilante Mission... it's very rare, but it does happen. It took me about a dozen tries at starting and re-starting the game until one appeared... I didn't see any point in making the video any longer than it needed to be, so I only showed the attempt where the Turismo actually appeared. Also, driving away in the Turismo, and then coming back to the Suspect will usually cause a new Turismo to appear out of nowhere. Its a nice trick to use if you want to have more than one of them. I demonstrated this technique in this video. It usually takes dozens of tries to get it to appear, so if you try it yourself, just be patient and keep trying, eventually it will appear as the Suspect Vehicle. |
