I have a few smaller goals along the way, but my main, long term goal is to become a fire investigator or fire marshall (Basically same thing. Besides a few smaller duties or powers they are the same, just depends on what they're called in specific areas). I'm an EMT right now though, I'd like to become a career Firefighter and EMT. Hopefully maybe go through a few ranks there in the fire department but we'll see what happens.

I chose fire investigator because I have an all around interest in Police, Fire, and EMS. That's why I'm an EMT now, my brother is cop. Fire investigator I get a little of both. Respond to fires, giving me the fire/EMS aspect, then investigate them, figure out cause and origin, make arrests of the jurisdiction I work in gives fire investigators arresting power, giving me the police aspect. So there's a little of both in there.
