is there a tag search feature . if there was a tags backup option it would be nice , in case when an update goes wrong (unfortunately it happens sometimes) , to be able to do a backup to xml or txt .. . an option to remember the game version when the splash screen appears , would be nice too . in modding each thing that is time saving is important

is there any offline installer with update disabled? it always fails update itself for me. sometimes it stops downloading, sometimes manages to update, but then it asks for update again next start.

uninstall it , run ccleaner . reinstall . if the problem persists check if your FW isn't blocking in the background

Not yet, I hope to do some work with tags in future releases.

You can backup it manually, tags are here: C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\New Technology Studio\OpenIV\pc\[GameID]\Tags.xml

I think I do not understand what you request here. Can you make a better explanation? (Maybe a simple paint image if it possible)

Strange crash. Backup is still necessary here.

Here is no offline installer, but it can be created with current installer. And update will be ever enabled. If you have issues with update I need to see at your OpenIV files.
I was playing GTA IV the other day and I noticed something.
I have exported a land and placed it south of Liberty City using old GIMS and Old OpenIV 0.9.2. If I ever visit that plot of land even once, and go back to Liberty City and play as normal, the map of Liberty City slowly becomes invisible around 15 mins later bit by bit until Niko is basically walking in thin air. But if I don't visit that plot of land and play in Liberty City, nothing is wrong.
I remember you guys saying OpenIV 0.9.2 have a bad openFormats that uses up many memory regarding its .odr. I am not sure is this because of this or not. Can anybody tell me does this have anything to do with old Openformats?

What? Why are you using such old versions, Limiter? The point of having new versions and updating them is so that bugs can be fixed and new features can be added. Open IV 0.9.2 is a long time ago.

I have my reasons. I've said it before as well.
GooD, can you tell me is what I said in my previous post a result of the bad openFormat? Or is it unrelated.

You may have your reasons but I don't think you will get much technical support due to you being on the stone age.

Yes it is because of bugs in OpenIV/openFormats. This issues was fixed on one of 0.9.4 version, so all version before auto-update have this bug.

I am not asking for technical support. I am asking is what I am experiencing due to bad openFormats. Because if it is not, it means my GTA install is screwed up.
BTW Thanks GooD for the reply. So I take it you mean that what I am experiencing is indeed memory problems from bad openFormats. This means with OIFO I can use Max 2009 with new openFormats support. Thus I can finally use brand new OpenIV.
