i recently got gta sa for my computer and i wanted to download cleo i tryed the sanny builder site on 3 different web browsers and the site just said cannot connect to server is the site broken or can anyone else get on it

DOH! now i got another problem with cleo i run the setup it says error opening file for writing \data\sa\classes.db and 3 other files in the data folder

And yeah, the Sanny Builder site goes down from time to time. For me it's back up right now though.

This happens because you skip a step. So, you're requested to select an installation directory of CLEO, then it requests you also a folder for Sanny Builder 3. You may just click "Next" but doing so gets you that error, that's why I suggest you that at that point where it says about the Sanny Builder 3, browse for your San Andreas directory, and when you get there, at the bottom left of the browsing window, you'll see a button called "Make New Folder" - click it and name it "Sanny Builder 3" then select it, press OK and carry on with the installation. Hope this helps.

cleo is working just fine without sanny builder for now *knock on wood*

And it IS working without Sanny. Whoever says that CLEO needs Sanny to work, says bullsh*t. You just need to leave one field (sascm.ini path) blank if you don't have SB.
