Hi Guys i iv been trying so many times to mod my gta IV EFLC but its always ending with no textures or crashing So plz plz plz if someone can help me with a step by step explanation mybe im missing something

And what is the best version of GTA IV for modding?

i dont really understand your problem.
1.you want to know how to mod
2.you have a fail on textures rendering
3.your game crashes

i have 1.0.7.0 stream version but the people say that the 1.0.4.0 patch is the best for modding perfomance and i think is true

yes i wanna know how to mod with no errors. yes i have fail on textures they dont show up a and the trainer crashes not the game snd the game gets very laggy after 5 min or so (i already have mods on it)
