As you can guess, it still needs work. You should fix the uvw mapping first then make it look more like Ned (if possible).

that bug wasnt there its just after the exporting and importing it show i dont know whats the probleme

This doesn't look bad, but obviously needs a lot of fixing. His nose for example needs some adjusting.
Good work so far, I can't wait to play as him in SA.

Looks nice, although i think you should fix the scaling, in width. His head looks a little bit small in comparison.
EDIT: Fix the ears too

Looks nice, and I guarantee it shouldn't be converted to IV. It's already getting too much attention, and I think original SA should be brought alive before GTA V comes out.

So im working in this mod every Hour of my life The probleme is !!

HOW can i fix it ?
The uvw mapping is correct
Every thing was correct before the exporting but after importing it to 3DS max again it show up this error Help Professionale modders And thnks alot !

I'd love to help him out but myself, I know nothing about modding. I can't write a single line of script. I can forget about rigging/modeling. I rather give you guys some feedback and download stuff. This one sure looks good and I hope that you get that bug fixed.

I dont think it need scaling caus if you he turning his head in a speacial position so you can seee the rear of his head and the left
