Okay first you need to know the PED's ID number you can find a list HERE

I wil take the stripper voice (ID 257)

Now open the ped.ide and search for your PED ID and copy the whole line


Now scroll up and then past it here on ID 0


Finaly go back to the ped line you copyed and change the ID (first number) to 0 like this

you need GFS tool, extraxt the sounds script (SFX folder) to any folder, replace the track (ogg format)

and import the new sound

Yup, but takes more time. I would rather spend that time on mapping or coding.

Is not simplier to copy just 3 last settings like:

CODE

PED_TYPE_GNG, VOICE_GNG_VLA1, VOICE_GNG_VLA2

and paste it to CJ's settings string?

Sim is right, you only need to change the last two file names(Note that you can make his voice random if you have more versions of an audio i.e.: VOICE_GNG_BALLAS1, VOICE_GNG_BALLAS2 etc. to make them random you just need to set the starting audio i.e.: VOICE_GNG_BALLAS1 and if i set the last one VOICE_GNG_BALLAS7 you will randomly get VOICE_GNG_BALLAS1, VOICE_GNG_BALLAS2, VOICE_GNG_BALLAS3 and up to VOICE_GNG_BALLAS7 with each spawn.
And also note that he will not have certain audio files so he will just simply not say anything but to make him fully mute(like if you're replacing him to Claudie just set it to VOICE_GEN_NOVOICE ,VOICE_GEN_NOVOICE
