I will never understand why anyone would form any sort of "clan" on a 4 year old game. It's ridiculous.

UCO, there's a section here called the Gang Section (look left column, under Multiplayer). There you can create a topic, and so long as you use it to communicate, and get to know other groups/clans on here, the forum is quite a good place to set up, not everyone here is like PrometheusX.

@Phenomanonymous. Why not? GTAIV despite it's age, is still a great game, clans and new players help keep it alive a little longer, atleast until V!
