iPod Touch Version Question

Paramedic Mission Reward?

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Mar 7, 2011	Hi I completed the Paramedic side mission and got a gold medal, but what is the reward? I know on the DS you get unlimited sprint, but on my iTouch I didn't get a alert that I unlocked something. So did I get unlimited sprint? If I did how do I sprint? I'm playing on the iPod Touch.
