This. The characters as a whole were just funny, and VCPR was priceless.

Yeah the radio in VC was the best, but some of the cutscenes (the one with the French police) were just dire. In IV the overall game was hilarious.

Although it is my least favorite, San Andreas had the best humor of all the franchise, the radio stations still crack me up. I don't really know why some people vote for IV, IMO it was the most depressing and lacked humor (just the comedy clubs were funny)

San Andreas wins hands down for me. Just the dialogue you had with pedestrians by pressing left on the D-pad was hilarious all on it's own.

Because different people have different tastes in humor? I found GTA III to be as dry as paint on a wall, but hey if people find it funny what's it to me?

People vote for GTA IV for the same reason as everyone else does.
