Can you make a climb mod for GTA3?

A Pro Gamer in the business Group: Members Joined: Jul 3, 2012	This is my first mod request. If someone could make a CLEO mod for this game, (I know it's old) so Claude could hold on edges and climb on them, and also jump over fences and thin walls, I would really appreciate it. And if it already exists, then give me a link so I can download and use. Thanks a lot for your attention.
