Is there any way to stop gangs hating you?

Crackhead Group: Members Joined: Dec 18, 2011	I'm getting pretty tired of Haitians running after me and shooting their guns at me every goddamn time I drive by. Is there anyway to cheat, hack or edit the game to stop gangs hating me? I remember in GTA III that you could change the "pedstats.dat" in the "data" folder, but when I tried it here in GTA VC, it doesn't seem to work. Is there anything I can do?
